Who can join Fab Pro Rewards?+
The program is intended for flooring installers, contractors, builders, remodelers, designers, architects and other approved trade professionals.
When are points added?+
Points are added after a qualifying invoice has been paid and verified. Returned or refunded purchases reverse the corresponding points.
How do referrals qualify?+
The referred customer must be new to Fab Floors & More, identify the member by name or referral code and complete a qualifying paid purchase.
Can I receive cash instead of a discount?+
Fab Credit is the standard redemption option. Certain verified referral rewards may qualify for cash payment and may require identity or tax documentation.
Do points expire?+
Points may expire after 12 months without qualifying account activity. Program rules and reward values may be updated with notice.
